TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Before booking we ask all guests to observe 2 simple but important conditions of their stay:

1] - DISPOSAL OF HOUSEHOLD RUBBISH

Currently, a rubbish pickup service is not provided by the Nannup Shire. This means that you must take your waste with you when you leave. To wrap rubbish, tough plastic bags are provided. Please book into Birdland only if you understand that you are required to 'pack it in and pack it out'.

2] - LOOK AFTER THE PROPERTY

Please respect the property and the beautiful bushland surrounding it.

That's it! Use the amenities and enjoy your stay.

Booking Information

Tariff $160 per day/night for one or two guests.
Additional $10 per day/night for each guest or child 5+.
Maximum guests: 6 persons including all ages.
Check-in 2pm or by arrangement.
Check-out 10am.
Bookings are minimum 2 nights except as item 7 below.
Minimum 3 nights Easter, Christmas, New Year, public holidays (including long weekends) and school holidays.
Discount $20 per night mid-week. Any combination from Monday to Thursday but not holiday periods listed in item 7.
Full refund if cancellation is more than 10 days notice. One nights accommodation if cancellation is less than 10 days notice.
This property is not suitable for toddlers.
No pets thank you. Birdland Retreat is a sanctuary for birds.
Mobile phones do not work in the area. A telephone for incoming calls is provided: number (08) 9756 0670. Outgoing emergency calls can be made from this number.
As there is no rubbish collection you will need to take your rubbish with you, otherwise we cannot accept your booking.

Example of a weekend tariff for 4 guests:

2 nights $160 x 2 = $320
2 children 5+ (or adults) $10 each x 2 nights = $40
Total for 4 guests = $360

Example of a mid-week stay (eg. Tuesday & Wednesday) for 4 guests:

2 nights $160 x 2 = $320
2 others $10 each x 2 nights = $40
Total for 4 guests = $360 less $20 per night discount = $320
